The Wellbeing of our staff is of utmost importance. We value their loyalty and dedication to the company. To this end we have established a Wellbeing structure comprised of, the Wellbeing Committee, Ambassadors, Mental Health First Aiders and Buddies.
Our aim is to focus on two key areas.
Teamwork & Communication
Encouraging collaboration and communication within and across teams.
Balance & Recognition
Promoting healthy work-life balance.
Acknowledge and praising the hard work and dedication of all employees.
Within the MH Bland community we want everyone to feel valued, listened to and celebrated for the who they are and what they alone can contribute to the team effort. After all, our strength is in our Unity.
